My personal definition of "teaching"
I believe in the importance of the figure of the teacher and the passion she can transmit as well as the knowledge itself. For me, the teacher must be a source of inspiration, a guide and provide motivation to create a relationship of trust with her students, she must facilitate learning, not hinder it.
Emotions play a fundamental role in learning and it is for this reason that it is important for me that the lesson moment is a space in which the student can feel at ease, not judged. During my lessons, whether individual or in groups, I always recreate pleasant situations in which positive sensations are predominant as they play a fundamental role in learning.
I mainly use a communicative - inductive method starting from specific communicative situations which, through observation and reflection on the language, leads my students to understand how the language works by crossing the four macro linguistic skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
My tools and my values
-
Listening
I like to listen and give the right weight to words.
The tool that can never be missing from my toolbox is therefore active listening to the people I work with because even unspoken words can hide many requests.

-
Social Intelligence
In my work and private life, people have always recognized in me the ability to relate positively to others, to adapt to different situations but above all to be aware of the feelings and thoughts of those around me.
